Indulge in the creamy delight of Vegan Peanut Butter Mousse with a luscious Chocolate Ganache! This easy-to-make dessert combines the rich flavors of peanut butter and dark chocolate for a decadent treat that is perfect for any occasion.

  • 350 grams silken tofu
  • 34 tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • 34 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste or extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 100 grams 70% dark chocolate
  • 400g tin full fat coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Blend the silken tofu, peanut butter, agave syrup, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt until smooth. Adjust sweetness as desired.
  2. Spoon the mousse into ramekins or jars and refrigerate while preparing the ganache.
  3. Melt dark chocolate using a microwave or double boiler. Mix in the creamy part of the coconut milk and whisk until combined.
  4. Pour the ganache over each mousse portion and chill for at least one hour before serving.
