  • 12 oz Broccoli Florets
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil, divided
  • 1 cup Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Light Mayo
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon Sriracha or Chili Garlic Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1" piece Ginger, minced (optional)
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, mayo, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar; set aside.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add broccoli florets and sauté until slightly charred and tender. Remove from pan.
  3. In the same skillet, heat another 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil and brown the ground beef thoroughly.
  4. Create a well in the center of the beef; add remaining oil, minced ginger, and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour the sauce into the skillet; stir well to combine and cook for an additional couple of minutes until thickened.
  6. Return broccoli to skillet and mix gently before serving over rice or cauliflower rice.
