  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out the pie crust and fit it into a baking dish, trimming excess dough and poking holes in the bottom.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt. Add one egg and water; whisk until smooth.
  3. Stir in pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice mix, grated orange peel, sweetened condensed milk, and two more eggs until fully blended.
  4. Pour filling into the prepared crust and bake for about 40 minutes until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
