  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • ¼ cup toasted walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • Fresh thyme (optional)
