  • 1 and 2/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 cups sweetened flaked coconut
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup seedless raspberry preserves
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup white baking chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan for an even crust.
  3. Spread raspberry preserves evenly over the crust.
  4. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the preserves. Sprinkle shredded coconut and chopped pecans on top, pressing down gently.
  5. Scatter semisweet chocolate chips and white baking chips on top, reserving some for decoration.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown on top. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
