  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated, divided)
  • 1 stem from a bell pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Beat until well mixed.
  2. Lay a double layer of cling wrap on the counter and sprinkle ⅓ cup of shredded cheddar onto it.
  3. Scoop the cheese mixture onto the center of the cheddar and cover it completely with the remaining shredded cheddar.
  4. Wrap the cling wrap tightly around the mixture to form a round shape. Secure with rubber bands to create a pumpkin form.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  6. After chilling, remove the rubber bands and top with a bell pepper stem. Serve with your choice of dippers.
