  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef or turkey, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
