  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Fresh veggies (diced tomatoes and bell peppers)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken or turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
