  • 2 lbs chicken tenders, thighs, or breast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 810 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean and dry the chicken pieces.
  2. In a bowl, melt the butter and combine it with minced garlic, parmesan cheese, hot sauce, parsley, red pepper flakes, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken with olive oil and half of the garlic parmesan sauce; marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
  5. Brush with remaining sauce and cook for about 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C), flipping halfway through.
