  • 1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Optional: ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  2. Add cauliflower florets and sauté for 5-6 minutes until slightly golden.

  4. Mix in minced garlic, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook for an additional 2 minutes until fragrant.
