  • 8 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 cup basil pesto
  • ½ pound fontina cheese, sliced
  • pounds turkey, sliced
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Spread basil pesto evenly on each slice of sourdough bread.
  2. Place fontina cheese on top of the pesto on four slices of bread.
