- 1 pound thinly sliced steak (ribeye, flank, or sirloin)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 green bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 medium onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 6 slices provolone cheese (or cheese of choice)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced peppers and onions; sauté until tender (5–7 minutes). Push to one side of the skillet.
- Add sliced steak, seasoning with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned (4–5 minutes) and mix with vegetables.
