Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound thinly sliced steak (ribeye, flank, or sirloin)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 green bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 medium onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 6 slices provolone cheese (or cheese of choice)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced peppers and onions; sauté until tender (5–7 minutes). Push to one side of the skillet.
  2. Add sliced steak, seasoning with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned (4–5 minutes) and mix with vegetables.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat; place a slice of cheese in the center and add a generous portion of the steak mixture. Fold sides in and roll tightly.
  4. Preheat a griddle or grill pan over medium heat. Grill wraps seam-side down for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Cut wraps in half before serving warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
