  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and dry the baby potatoes, then cut them in half.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.
  4. Spread the seasoned potatoes onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Scatter chopped turkey bacon over the potatoes.
  6. Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
  7. During the last 5 minutes of cooking, drizzle honey over the mixture and return to the oven until caramelized.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
