Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice wonton wrappers in half diagonally and place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle lightly with kosher salt and bake for about 7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, heavy cream, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and garlic powder. Whisk until smooth.
