  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs

  • ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar (for swirl)
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together unsalted butter and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well, then stir in vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with sour cream until combined.
  4. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan. Mix together granulated sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle half over the batter. Pour in remaining batter and top with remaining cinnamon mixture.
  5. Using a knife or skewer, swirl through the batter gently.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let it cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.
