Cherry Amaretto Tiramisu is a delightful twist on the classic Italian dessert that’s sure to impress at any gathering. This no-bake treat layers creamy mascarpone with sweet cherry preserves and bold coffee flavors, creating a refreshing yet decadent experience.

  • 1 ¾ cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups strong brewed espresso (cooled)
  • 3 tbsp almond extract
  • 7 oz ladyfinger cookies
  • 1 ½ cups cherry preserves
  • Fresh cherries for topping
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla; mix until smooth.
  2. In a shallow dish, combine cooled espresso with almond extract.
  3. Quickly dip ladyfingers in the espresso mixture and layer them in a 9×9-inch dish.
  4. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  5. Layer half of the cherry preserves and fresh cherries on top.
  6. Repeat with remaining ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, and cherries.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.
  8. Dust with cocoa powder and garnish with fresh cherries before serving.
