Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C (350F), adjusting to 200C (390F) for electric non-fan ovens.
  2. Drizzle honey over each puff pastry sheet.
  3. Evenly distribute chopped walnuts, crumbled blue cheese, grated Parmesan, and fresh thyme on the pastry sheets; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roll each sheet tightly and slice in half lengthwise.
  5. Twist the pastry lengths into round coil shapes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush the coils with milk to achieve a golden finish.
