  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey (plus extra for drizzling)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pistachios
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped almonds
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, honey, milk, and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix walnuts, pistachios, almonds, cinnamon, and cloves.
  6. Fold the nut mixture into the batter.
  7. Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full with batter.
  8. Bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Allow to cool for five minutes before transferring to a wire rack; drizzle with honey while warm.
