  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 28 oz jar of spaghetti sauce
  • 1 8 oz package of softened cream cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente (about 12 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef (about 5-7 minutes), then drain excess fat and stir in the spaghetti sauce.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained spaghetti with softened cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt until well mixed.
  5. Spread some meat sauce at the bottom of the greased pan, layer with the spaghetti mixture, top with remaining meat sauce, and sprinkle cheeses on top.
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
