Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and add to the marinade. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
