  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
  2. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and coat them well with the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C). Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and sprinkle with cornstarch; toss until evenly coated.
  5. Place chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through until golden brown.
